Sunday Mornings, 1 hour before service & 30 minutes after

Purpose: Help create a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment for guests and others attending church on Sunday mornings.
Responsibilities: Work together to perform the necessary behind-the-scenes tasks to make Sunday services run smoothly. Arrive at 9:00 a.m. (coffee team members arrive at 8:45). Provide a clear presence of assistance, navigation, and oversight on Sunday mornings, pass out bulletins, hold doors open and greet people, coffee team brews coffee and heats water for hot beverages, sets out "the spread" and supervises refreshment area from 9:30-10:10 a.m. All team members clean up and store all items after service.
Service commitment: Serve on a rotation with others - 2 weeks on, 4 weeks off. Six-month commitment desired.

Sunday Morning Worship
Purpose: Work together to create an atmosphere in which God is worshiped.
Positions:
- drummers
- guitarists
- vocalists
- bass players
- keyboard players
- techies

Communion Set-Up / Clean-Up
Purpose: Work together to create an atmosphere in which God is worshiped.
Responsibilities:
- Purchases bottle of grape juice and bread before Sunday
- Arrives at 9:30 a.m.
- Pulls together all items and sets up communion table for communion
- Cleans up communion items and stores properly for next week
- Serve on a rotation with others

Sunday Morning Producer
Purpose: Work together to create an atmosphere in which God is worshiped.
Responsibilities:
- Helps lead the behind-the-scenes events before and during Sunday Worship service (arrive at 8 a.m., leave a little after 12 p.m.)
- Ensures a smooth flow.
- Works closely with worship pastor, multimedia, lights, and sound.
- Serves in rotation with other producers.

Multimedia
Purpose: Work together to create an atmosphere in which God is worshiped.
Responsibilities:
- Assist worship pastor with multimedia needs:
- Creating videos/presentations (possibility if you have that ability)
- Setting up and running multimedia on Sunday mornings (arrive at 8 a.m.)

Children's Co-op
Nursery Assistants
We can always use nursery assistants in our Sunday morning Children's Co-op.
Dance Team
Purpose: Work together to create an atmosphere in which God is worshiped.
Responsibilities: Participate in worship dances for Sunday services; be discipled in dance ministry. Attend scheduled rehearsals.
