Everyone of us was created by God for fellowship with Him. He not only created us for fellowship but has gifted each one of us uniquely for His kingdom work.

Ephesians 4 tells us that ministry is the work of every member of the Body of Christ. This passage of Scripture also emphasizes that we are to prepare God's people for works of service so that the body of Christ can be built up in unity and in the faith, becoming mature. The body "builds itself up in love, as each part does its work."
